जैसा कि आप सभी जानते हैं कोरोना वायरस के चलते बॉलीवुड के सभी सितारे सेल्फ आइसोलेशन में अपने घरों में बैठे हैं। फिल्म की शूटिंग रुकी होने के कारण घर बैठे सितारे सोशल मीडिया पर काफी एक्टिव नजर आ रहे हैं।

Its weekends like these that make our weekdays so much more productive!  – Start in a downward dog. As you exhale bring your right foot forward and place it in between your hands aligning the right knee and heel in a straight line. – Lower your left knee to thr ground. Slide it back if needed till you feel a comfortable stretch in your left thigh – Inhale and lift your chest upright, taking your arms upwards, either parallel to each other or palms joined – With ever exhale, bend deeper into the pose, pressing your tailbone towards the floor – If possible, bend your back knee, lifting your heel towards the buttock, holding your right leg with your right hand and placing your left hand on the knee. Try and look up. This week’s pose is Astavakrasana – Start sitting in comfortable position, with legs extending out in front of you. – Next, bend your right knee and bring the sole of your right leg to the floor, close to right buttock. – Slowly, lift your right foot off the floor and bring your shin (fore part of the lower leg) parallel to the floor. – Try to reach right knee as high as possible on the left arm. – To support the position place both palms on the bricks on the higher side of your hips and keep straightening your left leg. – Lift your body off the floor (with both legs) and bring the foot forward your body to join left and right ankle. – Now bend your arms to 90 degrees and slowly shift the weight of your body forward while keeping your position parallel to the floor. Simultaneously, move both legs over to the left. – Try to keep your legs as straight as possible, lift your head. Hey guys, hope you all had a relaxed, rejuvenating weekend, because I definitely did 🙂 Another thing a relaxed weekend does is prepares you for an amazing week. SO, here we go! Back with #MalaikasMoveOfTheWeek – this week’s pose is Eka Padottanasana Don’t forget to tag me, @sarvayogastudios and @thedivayoga when you post 😀 – Sit with legs stretched out. Bend the left leg, keeping the knee on the ground and the heel close to your right buttock – Bend your left knee and place the floor flat on the floor. Interlock your fingers under your left sole (you may also use a towel or a block) – Raise the left foot, straightening the knee. Keep your back straight without hunching. – Try to take touch your nose to the left knee as much as possible – Hold this pose for as long as comfortable, bending to lower the knee when done. 

 This might look like a tough pose but take it step by step! p.s. do the same for your week too 🙂 Cannot wait to see the pictures rolling in!

Let’s kick off this week on a super charged, balanced and beautiful note with my #MalaikasMoveOfTheWeek And just as powerful a pose – Malasana or The Yogi Squat Don’t forget to tag me, @sarvayogastudios & @thedivayoga when you post! * Sit in a squat with your feet flat on the floor. If you’re having trouble keeping your feet flat, use a blanket to rest your heel 
 * Place your thighs in a wide position, leaning very slightly towards the front
 * To keep your knees separates, press your elbows against either knee, keep the width intact, while joining your palms
